Advantages of desktop injection molding machine:
♠ Firstly, adjust theheight of the mold. lt is better that the mold gate is about 5mm awayfrom the machine nozzle. lf the mold gate is too high (more than10mm), it is easy to leak glue.
♠After the gate and nozzle are alignedpress the foot switch to complete injection molding and releasethe switch.
♠Open the mold after the mold cooling is completed.
♠Thefactory air pressure is generally adjusted to 0.2mp.
♠lf the injectionmolding is incomplete and defective, please adjust the air pressureto a reasonable range. The higher the air pressure, the higher theinjection pressure.
♣ Materials such as conventional plastic particles ABS PP PC AS PE PET PVC can be used.
♣The injection molding machine uses a simple manual mold to complete injection molding, which can reduce mold cost and production cost.
